Executive Assistant – Part Time

Three Box is looking for an organization junky who loves the satisfaction of crossing off their to-do list and helping people look good. Often the first face of Three Box and directly supporting our CEO, this role is best for someone with both a friendly attitude and assertive drive to get things done. This is a hybrid, part-time role that will require a few hours in person each week at our Richardson office. Hours are flexible within a set schedule. 

Job Description 

• Provide administrative and scheduling support for the Chief Executive Officer 
• Review inbound communications to the CEO, determine importance and summarize/distribute to appropriate internal team members 
• Support the Director of Operations with research, expense reporting, data entry and other administrative tasks 
• Ensure that office supplies, snacks and beverages are stocked and replenished, as needed 
• Arrange business travel and accommodations for CEO and team, as needed 
• Complete occasional errands for agency business and client deliverables
